InTec VP and retired US Air Force Chief Master Sergeant, Duane McHenry, will be speaking as part of George Mason University’s Military, Veterans, & Families Initiative (MVFI).  Duane will address a group of military students about transitioning from the military to the civilian job market- a topic regularly not thought about until just before transitioning.   Duane will discuss vital topics such as self-assessment of their skills, formulating job objectives, conducting employment research, writing resumes, networking, negotiating salaries, and other topics.
