InTec made the list!

…the Washington Business Journal’s (WBJ) Corporate Diversity Index- Midsize Companies in Greater D.C. (InTec ranked #20 in the midsize company category- companies with 100-999 employees)

While the WBJ has measured multiple aspects of business growth and health over the years, in 2021, for the first time ever, they have added workforce diversity “from the mailroom to the boardroom”. The point of diversification is not to isolate any identity group but rather to take a close, honest look at our workforce, to see if it reflects the incredible diversity of our region, and if it does not, to ask why not. The point is to take a closer look at how we recruit and evaluate new hires, and what efforts we make to create a truly inclusive workplace that involves and engages people of different backgrounds.
